加强高校二级党组织纪检监察力量是高校推进纪律检查机制和组织创新的重要措施,在实践中目前仍处于探索阶段。本文在厘清高校加强二级党组织纪检监察力量的理论和制度依据的基础上,通过对现行二级单位纪检监察机构的改革模式进行聚类分析,明确了高校二级党组织纪检监察力量的组织架构、职能定位和工作思路,以推动高校基层党风廉政建设建设和监督责任的落实。
Strengthening the discipline inspection and supervision power of the second-level party organizations in colleges and universities is an important measure to promote the discipline inspection mechanism and organizational innovation in colleges and universities and is still at the exploratory stage in practice.
