目的了解四川建筑职业技术学院(以下简称建院)教职工对慢性病防治知识的知晓水平,为有针对性地加强教职工的健康教育与健康指导提供依据。方法 2014年1月对四川建院的全体教职工102工人进行慢性病防治知识的问卷调查。结果 1慢性病防治知识的平均得分为(12.3±3.3)分(满分为18分);对慢性病防治知识的知晓情况:27.4%的教职工知晓情况较差,42.2%的教职工知晓情况较好,30.4%的教职工知晓情况好;2对不同类型的慢性病知识的知晓情况不同:对健康生活方式的内容和常见慢性病的预防措施相关知识的知晓率较高,高血压相关知识、慢性病的种类及其危险因素相关知识的知晓率则较低。3不同年龄段、不同性别、不同文化程度、不同体质指数(BMI)值的教职工慢性病知识的知晓情况并无差别(P>0.05);4慢性病知识知晓情况与参加锻炼情况及期望生存年龄无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论四川建院教职工慢性病防治知识的知晓情况较差,急需有针对性的、覆盖整个高校的教职工人群的慢性病防治知识的健康教育和指导。
Objective To know the level of knowledge of prevention and treatment of chronic diseases among faculty members in Sichuan Construction Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as “Construction Institute”), and to provide basis for targeted strengthening of health education and health guidance of faculty and staff. Methods In January 2014, a questionnaire survey on prevention and treatment of chronic diseases was conducted on 102 workers from all the faculty members in Sichuan Province. Results 1 The average score of prevention and treatment of chronic diseases was (12.3 ± 3.3) points (out of 18 points). The knowledge of chronic disease prevention and control was poor: 27.4% of the staff members knew poorly, 42.2% of the staff members knew well, 30.4% of faculty members knew well; 2 different knowledge of different types of chronic disease knowledge: a higher awareness rate of knowledge about the content of healthy lifestyles and prevention of common chronic diseases, knowledge of hypertension, types of chronic diseases and The awareness of risk factors related to knowledge is lower. There was no difference in the knowledge of chronic diseases among faculty members of different ages, genders, degrees of education and BMI (P> 0.05) .4 Knowledge of Chronic Disease Knowledge, Participation in Exercises and Expected Living Age None Correlation (P> 0.05). Conclusion The knowledge of chronic diseases prevention and control in Sichuan Jianyuan College is poorly understood, which urgently needs the health education and guidance of targeted prevention and treatment of chronic diseases among staff and workers in colleges and universities.
