本文认为我国法律援助制度虽然起步晚 ,但起点高 ,是一项发展很快的公益事业。作为一种新的制度 ,仍需要在理论与实践中逐步探索与完善。
This paper argues that although the legal aid system in our country started late, it has a high starting point and is a rapidly developing public welfare undertaking. As a new system, we still need to gradually explore and improve in theory and practice.
