针对300 t造船龙门起重机的实际工作情况,进行了起重机动力特性的研究。以有限元软件ANSYS为基础平台,通过对结构的模态分析,得到了起重机的自振频率和振型。通过数值模拟不同工况的起吊过程,进行了起重机的应力和位移分析。结果表明:柔性支腿和主梁的连接部位是整体的薄弱环节,2种工况下主梁最大挠度均发生在距柔性支腿约1/4处位置。
Aiming at the actual working condition of 300 t shipbuilding gantry cranes, the research on crane dynamic characteristics was carried out. Based on the finite element software ANSYS, the natural frequency and shape of the crane are obtained through modal analysis of the structure. By numerical simulation of different conditions of the lifting process, the crane’s stress and displacement analysis. The results show that the connection between the flexible leg and the main girder is the weak link in the whole. Under both conditions, the maximum deflection of the main girder occurs about 1/4 of the flexible leg.
