提出一种基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感网络的输油管道泄漏检测方法。以悬臂梁结构为基础,设计了具有温度自补偿功能的FBG传感检测探头;为解决传感探头的安放局限性,设计了特殊的感应层与应力传导方式,并结合FBG传感信息实现对泄漏点的检测与定位。通过理论分析可知,该检测方法具有一定的可行性,对解决在役输油管道的泄漏检测与定位问题提供了一种可靠的方案。
A detection method for oil pipeline leakage based on Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensing network is proposed. Based on the cantilever structure, a self-compensated FBG sensing probe was designed. To solve the sensing probe placement limitations, a special sensing layer and a stress-conducting mode were designed and combined with FBG sensing information Leakage detection and positioning. The theoretical analysis shows that this method is feasible and provides a reliable solution to the problem of leak detection and location in service oil pipeline.
