在最近两年,“郊区化”这个概念,是热门中的热门,在很大程度上左右了房地产发展的方向,也左右了消费者的心理,“汽车+郊区住宅”的生活模式正在成为众多购房者心中的理想。对“郊区化”概念的心理认同及其他的因素促使在京郊的住宅开发异常活跃,出现购销两旺的态势,望京、回龙观、北苑、通州、亦庄、大兴等北京边缘集团正在迅速形成。但是,在北京郊区化的发展中也存在矛盾和隐患,是政府、开发商和广大的消费者应该认真考虑的。
