在全国大力发展农业经济的同时,由施肥不当或者施肥过量带来的负面影响成为广大农户的重点关注问题。这一方面增加了农业生产成本,另一方面也给农田土壤带来了严重破坏,比如土壤酸化或者板结等。基于此,国家农业部在全国范围内提出并实施了化肥施用量零增长行动。各级农业技术推广中心,应该加强对化肥使用量零增长关键支撑技术的研究,从而为改善农田土壤现状提供参考依据。针对新疆当前化肥使用中存在的施肥结构不合理、方式不恰当和对有机肥认识不足等问题,提出推广使用测土配方施肥,高效利用有机肥等技术,以便更好推广化肥使用量零增长。
While vigorously developing the agricultural economy across the country, the negative impact brought by improper fertilization or over-fertilization has become a major concern of the vast number of farmers. This, on the one hand, has increased the cost of agricultural production and on the other hand has caused serious damage to farmland soils, such as soil acidification or compaction. Based on this, the Ministry of Agriculture in the country proposed and implemented a zero growth in fertilizer use. Agricultural technology extension centers at all levels should strengthen the research on the key support technologies for zero growth of chemical fertilizer use, so as to provide reference for improving the status quo of farmland soils. In order to solve the problems of unreasonable fertilization structure, inappropriate mode and lack of understanding of organic manure in the current use of fertilizers in Xinjiang, this paper puts forward the popularization and application of soil testing and formula fertilization and the efficient use of organic manure in order to promote the zero growth of fertilizer use.
