检测Pi类谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST—π)在癌前肠化粘膜和胃癌组织中的表达,探讨GST—π在胃癌发生过程中的作用。方法 利用HID—ABpH2.5—PAS粘蛋白组织化学染色方法和S—P免疫组织化学技术对30例正常胃粘膜、82例肠化粘膜、18例胃癌组织进行GST-π检测。结果 在正常胃粘膜中未见GST—π的表达,肠化粘膜GST—π阳性率为85.4%,高于正常胃粘膜(P<0.01),在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型肠化中GST—π表达逐渐降低,分别为92.3%、87.0%、78.3%。在胃癌中GST—π阳性率为44.4%,高于正常胃粘膜(P<0.01),低于肠化粘膜(P<0.01)。结论 GST—π表达的变化与胃癌发生发展密切相关,是胃癌发生的“早期事件”。
To detect the expression of GST-π in gastric mucosa and gastric mucosa, and to explore the role of GST-π in gastric carcinogenesis. Methods GST-π was detected in 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa, 82 cases of intestinal mucosa and 18 cases of gastric cancer by HID-ABpH2.5-PAS mucin histochemical staining and S-P immunohistochemistry. Results No expression of GST-π was found in normal gastric mucosa. The positive rate of GST-π in intestinal mucosa was 85.4%, which was higher than that in normal gastric mucosa (P <0.01) The expression gradually decreased, which was 92.3%, 87.0% and 78.3% respectively. The positive rate of GST-π in gastric cancer was 44.4%, higher than that in normal gastric mucosa (P <0.01) and lower than intestinal mucosa (P <0.01). Conclusion The change of GST-π expression is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer and is an “early event” of gastric cancer.
