在社会化的过程中,中等职业院校的学生正经受着市场经济中不同价值取向的严峻考验,金钱的诱惑、追求意向、目标的困惑,都对当前中职德育课堂教学工作提出了挑战。如何把这些学生带到生动活泼、可感可知的现实实践教育环境中去,促使他们去认识人生、认识社会、认识生活、认识自我,是对当前中等职业院校德育课堂教学的一种考验。课堂教学要实现有效性,就需要作为整个德育教学的组织者、管理者、引导者、联系者和参与者的德育教师在开展工作时能够避免传统的、单调的、陈旧的、灌输式的封闭式教学,树立与时代相适应的符合中职院校学生心理身体发展特点的德育新方法、新观念。根据当代中职德育教育的特点,对中职德育课堂有效模式进行了探索研究。
In the process of socialization, students in secondary vocational schools are undergoing severe tests of different values in the market economy. The temptation of money, the pursuit of intention and the confusion of goals all pose challenges to the current classroom teaching of secondary vocational education. How to bring these students into a vivid, perceptive and realistic educational environment to promote them to recognize life, recognize society, recognize life and recognize themselves is a test of current moral education in secondary vocational schools. According to the characteristics of contemporary secondary vocational school moral education, the effective model of secondary vocational school moral education is explored.
