我們在目测分包过程中,发現盐酸苯海拉明、金霉素、土霉素等散剂较易分准,而磺胺嘧啶苏打散、磺胺噻唑苏打散、西皮氏散等較不易分准。对这二种現象作了观察,发現易分准的散剂,颗粒较小、均勻、干燥,形状较規則,也較松散;不易分准的散剂,顆粒大小不均,形状不规則,松散性不够。我们测定了該散剂的休止角及压縮相对比值,以探明散剂松散性与分包的关系。把易分准及不易分准的散剂,作了休止角
In the visual subcontracting process, we found that diphenhydramine hydrochloride, chlortetracycline, terramycin and other powders were easily sorted, while sulfadiazine soda, sulfathiazole soda, and sipi powder were not easily identifiable. Observing these two phenomena, we found that the easily-distributed powders were small, uniform, and dry. The shape was relatively regular and loose. The powders that were not easily identifiable were uneven in size, irregular in shape, and loose. not enough. We determined the angle of repose and the relative compression ratio of the powder to determine the relationship between the looseness of the powder and the sub-packaging. The easy-to-discriminate and difficult-to-discriminate powders were repose angles of repose.
