目的 通过穿戴式心电设备数据传输研究,实现远程医疗测量,实时监控人体心电数据,探索一条医疗检测设备便携化,智能化的医疗测量方法。方法 该系统由心电采集部分,无线传输部分以及用户智能手机组成。心电采集传感器采集用户心电数据,并通过无线传输模块发送到用户手机,手机接收无线传输的数据,并使用网络将采集到的心电数据传输到指定医院数据库,从而对用户实现远程实时心电监护。结果 该研究实现了心电测量设备的远程化,便携化,可以实时采集用户心电数据并定时发送数据。结论 该研究可以实时监测用户心电,减少用户住院观察时间,并对建立用户健康档案有积极作用。
Objective To study the data transmission of wearable electrocardiogram (ECG) equipment to realize telemedicine measurement, monitor ECG data in real time and explore a portable and intelligent medical measurement method for medical testing equipment. Methods The system consists of ECG acquisition part, wireless transmission part and the user’s smart phone. The ECG acquisition sensor collects the ECG data of the user and sends it to the user’s mobile phone via the wireless transmission module, and the mobile phone receives the data transmitted wirelessly, and uses the network to transmit the acquired ECG data to the designated hospital database, so as to realize the remote real-time heart Electrical monitoring. Results The study of ECG measurement equipment to achieve the remote, portable, real-time acquisition of user ECG data and send data regularly. Conclusion The study can monitor the user’s ECG in real time, reduce the time of hospitalization observation and have a positive effect on the establishment of user health records.
