In late July, the Department of Teaching and Research of the Department of Education of the Provincial Department of Education invited some science teachers of key middle schools to hold discussions on how to develop intelligence. Some teachers at the symposium reported that students nowadays are heavy, too bitter, and have poor physical fitness. A considerable number of students are inflexible, have poor ability to observe and understand, and have poor self-study ability. Many students do not have a high score in the college entrance examination. After entering university, they are struggling to learn. These problems are largely due to the lack of serious development of students’ intelligence. Many comrades believe that using a score as a measure of a school, a teacher, a school
