余恕保,江西省第一建筑有限责任公司一分公司项目经理。他担任项目经理10多年,累计负责施工18万平方米的工程,不仅从未发生过重大安全事故,而且每项工程都被评为省优工程,尤其是他负责施工的东华理工学院教学实验楼项目工程,在2003年获得国家优质工程最高奖——中国建筑工程“鲁班奖”。2006年他被中共江西省委授予“优秀共产党员”光荣称号。2001年初,余恕保所在的一分公司因施工任务少,一度陷入困境,此时的余恕保毅然挑起项目部经理的重担,他以
