通过调查问卷的形式向衡水市5所学校、9处小区发放500份问卷,以在校学生家长为调查对象,对家长选择学区房的总体情况进行分析。调查主要针对家长为孩子购买学区房的情况展开。调查结果表明,多数学生家长对学区房有一定了解且即使学区房价格偏高也愿意购买学区房,都是为了尽可能给孩子提供最好的教育条件,当然也有一些家长有购买学区房的其他原因。
500 questionnaires were sent to 5 schools and 9 communities in Hengshui City by means of questionnaires. The parents of school students were surveyed to analyze the overall situation of parents choosing school district houses. The survey focused mainly on the purchase of school district parents for their children. The survey results show that most parents have some understanding of the school district and are willing to buy the school district even if the school district prices are high, so as to provide the best possible education for their children. Of course, some parents have other the reason.
