蒙造华,工商管理硕士(MBA),1958年11月出生于广西平南县,现在广西南宁市劳动和社会保障局任局党委副书记、纪委书记兼局机关党总支书记、局系统工会主席。系中国硬笔书法家协会副主席、中国硬笔书法评审委员会委员,是广西硬笔书法家协会主要创始人,曾任广西硬笔书法家协会副主席兼秘书长、广西书法家协会通讯出版部副主任、南宁市业余书画教学研究
Meng Hua, Master of Business Administration (MBA), was born in November 1958 in Pingnan County, Guangxi Province, Guangxi Nanning Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau now appointed deputy party secretary, secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and the party branch secretary, bureau system union Chairman. He is the Vice Chairman of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association and the member of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Review Committee. He is the main founder of Guangxi Hard Pen Calligraphers Association. He used to be Vice Chairman and Secretary General of Guangxi Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, Deputy Director of Communications Publishing Department of Guangxi Calligraphers Association, Nanning Amateur painting and calligraphy teaching and research
