易损斑块(vulnerable plaque,VP)是急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的罪犯因子之一,早期检测、识别VP并预防其进展,对于降低ACS的发生率、致残率、病死率具有极其重要的意义.多数影像学检查几乎总是低估斑块的存在,虽然有时能提示血栓、斑块破裂及钙化,但不能提供关于斑块稳定性方面的准确信息[1].近期关于血液标志物作为识别VP、提供ACS预后信息的研究证据不断增多,有希望进一步了解斑块的演进过程,并且评估它们维持易损状态的时间[1,2].最近发现与VP的主要病理学及生理学特征有关的几个新的标志物,如妊娠相关蛋白-A(PAPP-A)、淀粉样蛋白A、血栓体蛋白及糖原磷酸化酶BB等[3].其中PAPP-A具有高度的临床敏感性和特异性,而且检测方便、检测时间短,越来越受到临床重视.
