提出了一种新的对温度传感器输出电压进行微调的电路和方法。利用温度自适应模块调节输出电压与温度关系曲线的斜率,并添加CMOS减法电路以调节曲线的截距。该电路结构简单,相比用电平平移电路和比例电路对输出电压进行微调,有更大的优越性。将该温度传感器,包括自适应模块与减法模块,用于稳定环形振荡器的输出频率,取得了较好的效果。
A new circuit and method for fine-tuning temperature sensor output voltage are proposed. Use the temperature adaptive module to adjust the slope of the output voltage vs. temperature curve and add a CMOS subtraction circuit to adjust the intercept of the curve. The circuit structure is simple, compared with the level shift circuit and the proportional circuit to fine-tune the output voltage, greater advantages. The temperature sensor, including the adaptive module and the subtraction module, is used to stabilize the output frequency of the ring oscillator, and a good effect is achieved.
