目的提高违纪大学生心理素质,防止违纪行为再次发生。方法采用团体心理辅导及个体心理咨询的方法,针对违纪大学生存在的某些心理问题进行心理辅导,并在实验结束后3个月进行随访。结果实验组学生通过心理辅导后,其心理健康状况普遍提高,特别是在强迫(t=2.30,P<0.05)、抑郁(t=3.50,P<0.01)、焦虑(t=2.39,P<0.05)方面得到显著改善;其人格特征也有较明显的变化;实验组大学生的再次违纪率较对照组下降45%左右,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.701,P<0.05)。结论心理辅导能有效地提高违纪大学生的心理素质,防止再次违纪行为的发生。
Aim To improve the psychological quality of undergraduates and prevent the recurrence of disciplinary offenses. Methods The methods of group psychological counseling and individual psychological counseling were used to conduct psychological counseling on some psychological problems existing in college students who violated discipline, and were followed up 3 months after the end of the experiment. Results After psychological counseling, students in experimental group generally improved their mental health status, especially in compulsive (t = 2.30, P <0.05), depression (t = 3.50, ); The personality trait of the experimental group also dropped by 45% compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.701, P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological counseling can effectively improve the psychological quality of college students violating discipline and prevent the occurrence of another violation of discipline.
