观察牛磺酸对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤心肌线粒体呼吸酶活力变化的影响及机理。结果表明:牛磺酸保护组的琉珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)、SOD及GSH·Px活力均较缺血再灌注损伤非保护组有显著升高(P<0.01),而MDA含R则明显降低(P<0.01)。提小牛碘酸对缺血再灌注损伤心肌线粒体SDH及CCO活力有很好的保护作用,其机理可能是通过提高对氧自由基清除及抑制脂质过氧化作用而实现。
To observe the effect and mechanism of taurine on changes of mitochondrial respiratory enzyme activity during myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. The results showed that the activities of SDH, CCO, SOD and GSH · Px in the taurine protection group were significantly higher than those in the non-protection group (P < 0.01), while MDA content in R decreased significantly (P <0.01). It is suggested that the increase of oxygen free radical (ROS) and the inhibition of lipid peroxidation may be related to the protective effect of adding cowsluric acid to myocardial mitochondrial SDH and CCO in ischemia-reperfusion injury.
