报道了一位从事X线下整骨工作37余年,双手指背罹患典型重度慢性放射性皮炎。对左手中、示、环三指背及时作了切皮与植皮术,8年余疗效佳。而右手虽经长期保守治疗但无效,终在癌前(珠)的基础上诱发癌变。
Reported that one engaged in X-ray osteophyte work for more than 37 years, both fingers suffered from typical severe chronic radiation dermatitis. Left hand, show, ring three finger back in time for the skin and skin grafting, more than 8 years of good effect. Although the right hand after long-term conservative treatment but ineffective, and ultimately precancerous (beads) induced cancer.
