JFE工程公司开发出了应用高温气体,燃烧技术的低空气比燃烧和实现焚烧炉与灰处理炉高度一体化的JFE新型炉排式焚烧炉。该焚烧炉是适应了增加剩余电力、减少环境负荷、降低运转费用等废弃物焚烧设施所要求的21世纪炉排式废弃物焚烧系统。在进行废弃物基础燃烧特性分析的基础上,在JFE工程环境R&D中心内12t·d-1规模的试验装置上,进行了验证试验。并根据其结果,在105t·d-1规模的城市垃圾焚烧炉中进行了实际应用试验,基本达到了预期目标。
JFE Engineering has developed the new JFE Grate Burner, a low-air-to-high combustor that utilizes high-temperature gas and combustion technology and a highly integrated incinerator and ash treatment furnace. The incinerator is a 21st-century grate incineration system that is tailored to waste incineration facilities such as increased residual power, reduced environmental impact, and lower operating costs. Based on the analysis of the basic combustion characteristics of the wastes, a verification test was carried out on a 12t · d-1 scale test facility in the R & D center of JFE Engineering Environment. Based on the results, practical tests were carried out in a municipal solid waste incinerator of 105t · d -1 scale, which basically met the expected target.
