钢中铈组稀土元素总量的测定,我厂历来采用氢氧化钠沉淀分离-偶氮胂Ⅲ分光光度法。但该法操作繁琐,分析周期长,而且稀土元素回收率不稳定。我们应用武汉大学化学系研制成功的新型稀土元素显色剂——对乙酰基偶氮胂直接测定钢中铈组稀土元素,并在文献的基础上对干扰元素Ti~(4+)、V~(5+)、Nb~(5+)的掩蔽作了某些新的探索,提出以苦杏仁酸-过氧化氢掩蔽Ti~(4+)、V~(5+),以酒石酸掩蔽Nb~(5+)。从而拟定了适用于铸铁和中低合金钢中0.001—0.30%铈组稀土元素总量的直接测定法。
Determination of total rare earth elements in the steel of cerium group, our factory has always been using sodium hydroxide precipitation separation - arsenazo Ⅲ spectrophotometry. However, the method is cumbersome to operate, has a long analysis period, and the recovery rate of rare earth elements is not stable. We use the new rare earth element reagent developed by Department of Chemistry, Wuhan University - acetylarsenazo arsenic for direct determination of rare earth elements in the cerium group in steel. On the basis of the literature, we studied the effects of interference elements Ti ~ (4 +), V ~ (5 +), Nb ~ (5+) masking made some new exploration, proposed mandelic acid - hydrogen peroxide masking Ti ~ (4 +), V ~ (5+), tartaric acid masking Nb ~ (5+). Thus developed for the cast iron and low alloy steel 0.001-0.30% cerium group RE total amount of direct determination.
