1989年7月17日至19日,在北京召开了国家工程建设(设计)优秀质量管理小组成果发布会,我院秦岭隧道航空遥感地质QC小组获1989年度国家工程建设(设计)优秀质量管理小组奖。西安至安康线秦岭隧道地形困难、地质复杂,确定在初测子阶段采用遥感技术,配合地面勘测。秦岭遥感地质工作由一院主持,我院承担了航空遥感地质工作,并成立了新技术攻关型QC小组。该项工作于1937年9月开始1988年7月完成。在工作过程中,该小组引进了全面贡量管理机制,选择了提高遥感成图总体质量和可靠性作为QC活动课题。一年来,通过QC小组活动的实践,系统地分析了遥感成图的过程,找出了影响成果质量和可靠性的因素,
From July 17 to July 19, 1989, a press conference was held in Beijing on the achievements of the National Engineering Construction (Design) Outstanding Quality Management Team. The QC team of aviation remote sensing geological geology in Qinling Tunnel of our hospital won the 1989 National Engineering Construction (Design) Outstanding Quality Management Team prize. Qinling tunnel from Xi’an to Ankang has difficult terrain and complicated geological conditions. It is determined that remote sensing technology will be used in the first test stage and ground surveying will be conducted. Qinling remote sensing geological work hosted by a hospital, our hospital undertook aviation remote sensing geological work, and set up a new technology research-based QC team.
