目的 探讨偶然分枝杆菌超微结构变化与功能关系。方法 取在血平板上培养 1~ 6天的临床分离株培养物 ,并以标准株作对照 ,用电镜观察其超薄切片。结果 随着培养时间的延长 ,菌体形态从长杆状向短杆状至球状变化 ;同时菌体拟核区由细长逐渐增粗至模糊不清 ,二分裂也随之变为不可见 ;胞质中脂质小空泡从多见至少见 ;菌体末端的成堆糖元颗粒由可见变至未见 ,而异染颗粒从无变至 1~ 3个。结论 菌体形态结构变化与培养基微生态环境的改变相关。
Objective To investigate the ultrastructural changes and functional relationship of Mycobacterium fortuitum. Methods Cultures of clinical isolates cultured on blood plate for 1 ~ 6 days were taken. The standard strains were used as controls, and ultrathin sections were observed by electron microscope. Results With the prolongation of culture time, the shape of the cell changed from long rod to short rod to globular. At the same time, the nucleus of the cell nucleus increased gradually from slender to vague, and the fission became invisible. Small lipid vacuoles in the cytoplasm from the rare see; piles of glycogen particles at the end of the cell change from visible to no, and heterophilic particles from no change to 1 to 3. Conclusion The morphological changes of mycelia are related to the changes of the micro-ecological environment of the medium.
