幼儿园教育作为我国目前的最为基础的教育形式之一,它为一个人的终身教育、习惯养成等均发挥着重要作用。这种环境下幼儿园的新入职教师困惑也前所未的有的受到了社会的关注,人们清楚的认识到只有幼儿教师具备一个良好的事业心、责任心才能成为孩子启蒙教育的合格的引导者。而新入职的幼儿园教师正身处于教师专业发展的初级阶梯,他们本身不可避免的存在着保教工作技巧和教学经验,由此产生的困惑也非常多。而这汇总困惑直接反映出了高职学前教育专业人才培养模式在改革中暴露出来的一些问题,本文结合实际的教学工作经验,通过对新入职的幼儿园教师存在的一些困惑及其产生原因进行一个卓有针对性的思考,通过对高职学前教育专业的人才培养方式改革解析来对症下药,希望能够为日后的新入职教师和同行业从业者提供一定的参考帮助,能够进最大程度的帮助他们提升自身实践教学能力的同时,消除毕业入职时的困惑。
