为保证新课程的顺利实施和学校的可持续发展,坚持开展校本研究,就成了学校的首选策略。由于课程改革的复杂性和艰巨性,一些更深层次的问题不断进入大家研究的视野。通过这几年的校本教研,笔者认为发现问题与取得成绩一样重要,因为问题意味着探索和思考,意味着研究正以积极的态度推进新课程;问题也意味着今后工作的目标,它让进一步深化校本教研的工作明晰化了。
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new curriculum and the sustainable development of schools, insisting on school-based research has become the school’s preferred strategy. Due to the complexity and arduousness of the curriculum reform, some deeper problems continue to enter the research field of view. Through these years of school-based teaching and research, the author believes that finding problems is as important as achieving results because the problems mean exploring and thinking, which means that the research is advancing the new curriculum with a positive attitude. The problems also mean the goal of the future work and further development The work of deepening school-based teaching and research has been clarified.
