目前,我国楼宇对讲行业的发展可谓一波三折。就在2012年相比前一年有所回暖时,今年年初国家实施的“国五条”政策又进一步加剧了楼宇对讲行业的严峻形势。对讲行业的被动性较强,受国家房地产政策的导向发展非常强,房地产交易量的下滑势必会对楼宇对讲行业的发展形成一定的阻碍。不过,一些也内人士认为,楼宇对讲行业未来20年的发展趋势将和房地产行业成正比,国家几乎把楼宇对讲和安全防范等同化看待,理论上楼宇对讲是小区、住宅不可或缺的一部分,所以行业还是会持续向前发展。
