[目的]探讨引起职业倦怠的相关因素,为解决唐山市民营医院护士职业倦怠问题提供理论依据。[方法]应用护士一般情况调查表、马氏人际工作者倦怠量表和领悟社会支持量表,对唐山市6所民营医院中280名在岗执业护士进行调查。[结果]男性护士的倦怠程度较低(t=-3.12,P<0.05);具有足够社会支持的护士倦怠程度明显偏低(t=3.12,P<0.05);儿科护士倦怠程度较高(F=9.50,P<0.05),急诊科护士个人成就感较低(F=10.09,P<0.05)。[结论]唐山市民营医院护士职业倦怠的主要影响因素为性别、社会支持和科室。
[Objective] To explore the related factors causing occupational burnout and provide theoretical basis for solving the problem of occupational burnout among nurses in private hospitals in Tangshan. [Methods] A total of 280 on-the-job nurses in 6 private hospitals in Tangshan City were surveyed by using questionnaire of general condition of nurses, malaise interpersonal worker burnout scale and perceived social support scale. [Results] The degree of job burnout of male nurses was lower (t = -3.12, P <0.05), that of nurses with adequate social support was significantly lower (t = 3.12, P <0.05) = 9.50, P <0.05). The personal accomplishment of emergency nurses was lower (F = 10.09, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The main influencing factors of occupational burnout among nurses in private hospitals in Tangshan are gender, social support and departments.
