目的了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及其给患者造成的危害。方法对我院2006至2007年153例ADR报告进行分类统计和分析。结果涉及ADR的药物共有9大类42个品种,其中抗微生物药居首位,其次为消化系统用药、心脑血管用药。合并用药占46例(30.19%),单一用药107例(69.81%);以静脉用药途径为主。主要的ADR类型为过敏反应,其次是消化系统损害、皮肤及附件损害等。结论应加强不易观察和ADR慢性ADR的监测。
Objective To understand the incidence of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital and its harm to patients. Methods 153 cases of ADR from 2006 to 2007 in our hospital were classified and analyzed. Results There were 9 categories and 42 varieties of drugs involved in ADR. Among them, antimicrobials ranked first, followed by digestive system drugs and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs. The combined medication accounted for 46 cases (30.19%), a single medication in 107 cases (69.81%); mainly to intravenous route of administration. The main types of ADR are allergic reactions, followed by digestive system damage, skin and accessory damage and the like. Conclusions Should not be easy to observe and strengthen the monitoring of chronic ADR ADR.
