1.2013年7月1日中国保险监督管理委员会令2013年第8号公布2.自2013年11月1日起施行第一章总则第一条为了规范保险消费投诉处理工作,保护保险消费者合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国保险法》等法律、行政法规,制定本办法。第二条本办法所称保险消费投诉,包括保险消费者向保险机构、保险中介机构提出保险消费投诉和保险消费者向中国保险监督管理委员会(以下简称“中国保监会”)及其派出机构提出保险消费投诉。
