电力行业的逐渐发展和完善,使得企业对内部的管理越来越重视。人力资源是企业内部管理的一部分,而绩效管理是人力资源关注的重点内容。目前电力企业的人力资源管理因受到以前人事行政管理的影响,还没有建立起完善的人力资源管理体系,笔者就如何建立起电力企业人力资源绩效体系进行探讨,指出当下电力企业在人力资源绩效管理中存在的不足,并提出相应的改革措施,希望为现代电力企业人力资源绩效体系的建设提供参考。
