本文主要介绍运用激光测试技术中的全息干涉法与激光干涉仪诊断发机动的振动。这种测试方法与一般传感器式或感应式的各种测振仪相比,有可直接测得物体表面的振型、振幅分布、相位分布等主要振动参数的特点,更有其测量系属不接触式,可避免附加质量对振动物体的影响,不受频率范围的限制,振幅测量范围很广,测量数值准确,精度高而且对物体表面无特殊要求。因此是测量振动的一种理想方法。也是工程诊断学中最有前途的一种诊断方法。
