[目的]探讨mTOR和4EBPS在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义。[方法]采用免疫组化SP法检测45例乳腺癌及癌旁正常组织中mTOR和4EBPS的表达。[结果]mTOR在乳腺癌中的阳性率为75.56%(34/45),在正常乳腺组织中的阳性率为20.00%(9/45),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。mTOR表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05)。4EBPS在乳腺癌中的阳性率为31.11%(14/45),在正常乳腺组织中的阳性率为95.56%(43/45),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。4EBPS表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。mTOR与4EBPS表达呈负相关(r=-0.614,P<0.05)。[结论]mTOR和4EBPS在乳腺癌组织中的异常表达可能与乳腺癌的发生有关,且mTOR的异常表达可能与乳腺癌的转移有关。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and significance of mTOR and 4EBPS in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast. [Method] Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of mTOR and 4EBPS in 45 cases of breast cancer and adjacent normal tissues. [Results] The positive rate of mTOR in breast cancer was 75.56% (34/45). The positive rate of mTOR in normal breast tissues was 20.00% (9/45), the difference was significant (P <0.05). The expression of mTOR was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer (P <0.05). The positive rate of 4EBPS in breast cancer was 31.11% (14/45). The positive rate of 4EBPS in normal breast tissue was 95.56% (43/45), the difference was significant (P <0.05). The expression of 4EBPS was not associated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer (P> 0.05). There was a negative correlation between mTOR and 4EBPS expression (r = -0.614, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The abnormal expression of mTOR and 4EBPS in breast cancer may be related to the occurrence of breast cancer, and the abnormal expression of mTOR may be related to the metastasis of breast cancer.
