目的:了解绍兴市柯桥区托幼机构消毒质量状况,查找存在问题,提出改进建议。方法:2012-2014年采用随机采样方法,对托幼机构消毒效果进行监测。结果:3年共采集692份样品,合格591份,合格率为85.40%,各年度合格率分别为83.97%、88.18%、84.29%。空气、教师手、玩具、课桌表面和毛巾的样品合格率分别为84.09%、84.29%、92.14%、82.86%和83.57%。除课桌表面年间合格率差异有统计学意义,其他样品年间合格率差异均无统计学意义。结论:柯桥区托幼机构的消毒质量还有待提高,特别应加强对儿童接触物品的消毒管理。
Objective: To understand the disinfection quality status of nurseries and nurses in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, find out the existing problems and put forward suggestions for improvement. Methods: From 2012 to 2014, the random sampling method was used to monitor the disinfection effect of nurseries. Results: A total of 692 samples were collected in 3 years, 591 were qualified, the pass rate was 85.40%. The pass rates in each year were 83.97%, 88.18% and 84.29% respectively. The passing rates of air, teachers’ hands, toys, desks and towels were 84.09%, 84.29%, 92.14%, 82.86% and 83.57% respectively. In addition to the surface of the table year pass rate was statistically significant, the passing rate of other samples were no significant difference between years. Conclusion: The disinfection quality of nurseries in Keqiao District needs to be improved. In particular, disinfection of children’s contact articles should be strengthened.
