在中型提升管试验装置上研究了降低催化裂化汽油烯烃助剂的应用效果。结果表明 :在催化裂化过程中 ,使用一定量的洛阳石油化工工程公司炼制研究所开发的降烯烃助剂 ,可以将催化裂化汽油中烯烃体积分数从4 5%降低到 35%以下 ,并且还能在一定程度上提高催化裂化汽油的辛烷值 ,使用该助剂基本上不影响液体收率 ,但轻质油收率略有降低 ,液化石油气收率略有增加。该助剂还具有良好的水热稳定性、抗磨损性及合适的粒度分布。
