小儿肱骨髁上骨折是临床上较为常见的骨关节损伤,多为伸直型骨折,无论采用何种治疗方法,都可能发生肘内翻畸形,其发生率为25%～33%[1]。笔者于1998年4月～2009年4月采用超肘关节小夹板外固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上伸直型骨折84例,取得了满意疗效,并与同期采用石膏外固定治疗的84例进行对照观察,现报告如下。
Pediatric supracondylar humerus fractures are more common clinical bone and joint injuries, mostly straight fractures, no matter what treatment, may occur cubitus varus deformity, the incidence was 25% to 33% [1].
