园本教研是立足于本园实际,有利于幼儿、教师发展的教育教学研究活动。园本教研有三个要素:研究对象,即本园教育实践过程中的困惑和问题;研究主体,即本园教师、幼儿和家长等;研究目的,即促进本园保教质量的不断提升。园本教研是教师提高自身业务能力,实现先进的教育理念向教学行为转化的有效途径。在深入贯彻落实《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》(以下简称《纲要》)及《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》(以下简称《指南》)精神的基础
This teaching and research is based on the actual park, is conducive to the development of children, teachers, teaching and research activities. There are three elements in this research: the research object, namely the puzzles and problems in the practice of this garden education; the main body of study, that is, the teachers, young children and parents in this garden; the research purpose is to promote the continuous improvement of the teaching quality in this garden. This teaching and researching is an effective way for teachers to improve their own professional ability and realize the transformation from advanced educational concepts to teaching behaviors.
