通过柑枯贮藏实践,我们认为只要掌握柑桔的贮藏特性,选用稳妥可靠的防腐剂和坚持高标准采果,利用我省有利的气候条件(贮期气温较低,且昼夜温差相对稳定),贮藏期间加以人为通风,使库温稳定在5~10℃之间,可以达到理想的贮藏效果。1985~1986年度宁都林科所,兴国、寻乌、信丰和赣县等园艺场、果茶场(站)、土产公司及个体户共贮藏柑枯120多万斤,贮藏90~150天,平均好果率为84.14%,最高的达94.2%,盈利8.9万多元。现将柑枯简易贮藏保鲜的主要技术总结于后,供参考。
