恶性肿瘤致死率居高不下的原因与其恶性侵袭和转移特性密切相关。基质金属蛋白酶MMPs可降解细胞基底膜和细胞外基质,在肿瘤侵袭和转移过程中发挥着重要的作用,因此以MMPs为靶点的抗肿瘤侵袭和转移药物现已成为研究热点之一。本文对MMPs结构功能及目前以MMPs为靶点的抑制剂作为抗肿瘤药物的研究做了综述。
The high mortality rate of malignant tumors is closely related to its malignant invasion and metastasis. MMPs can degrade cell basement membrane and extracellular matrix, and play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis. Therefore, MMPs targeting anti-tumor invasion and metastasis have become one of the hot topics. This review summarizes the structure and function of MMPs and the current research on inhibitors of MMPs as anti-tumor drugs.
