目的:通过对60名支原体肺炎患儿在常规的单用阿奇霉素治疗与此基础加予蒿芩麻杏石甘汤口服及敷背散外敷治疗的疗效比较,观察中药内外合治联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:本研究安徽省滁州市第五人民医院儿科住院和门诊治疗,符合中西医支原体肺炎诊断标准的60例患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组主要予阿奇霉素及对症处理;治疗组在对照组的基础上,加予蒿芩麻杏石甘汤口服及敷背散外敷。通过对两组患儿治疗前后实验室指标及疗效评价指标的比较,观察中药内外合治联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的疗后总积分、病情分级及疗效评定与对照组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),提示治疗组的总积分、病情分级及疗效评定优于对照组。两组在疗程和疗效分级上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),此次研究尚不足以说明治疗组在疗程、疗效分级上优于对照组。结论:蒿芩麻杏石甘汤配合敷背疗法联合阿奇霉素,在总体疗效、症状改善方面较单纯运用阿奇霉索有明显的优势,且缩短了治疗疗程。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the curative effect of 60 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with conventional single-azithromycin treatment and the application of Artemisia Qingxian Shigangan decoction orally and with Fukeisan external application, and to observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with azithromycin on children with pneumonia Mycoplasma pneumonia clinical efficacy. Methods: Sixty children with pediatric inpatient and outpatient treatment in Fifth People ’s Hospital of Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, who were diagnosed as Mycoplasma pneumoniae of Chinese and Western Medicine, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin and symptomatic treatment. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given orally with Artemisia Qingxian Shigan Decoction and external application of Fukeisan Powder. Through the comparison of the laboratory indexes and curative effect evaluation indexes before and after the treatment of two groups of children, we observed the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Results: There were significant differences (P <0.01) between the treatment group and the control group after treatment, indicating that the total score, the grade of the disease and the curative effect of the treatment group were better than those of the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the grade of treatment and efficacy (P> 0.05). This study is not enough to show that the treatment group is better than the control group in the course of treatment and the effect grade. CONCLUSION: Artemisia Qing Wang Xing Shigan Decoction combined with back-dressing combined with azithromycin has obvious advantages over azithromycin alone in the overall curative effect and symptom improvement, and shortens the course of treatment.
