目的 :研究糖尿病大鼠视网膜微血管的重建。方法 :用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导 SD大鼠建立糖尿病动物模型 ,运用视网膜消化铺片和图像分析方法观测糖尿病大鼠视网膜微血管的重建 ,及非酶糖化抑制剂和活血化瘀中药对其重建的影响。结果 :在 8周时毛细血管宽度即有显著性变化 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,非酶糖化抑制剂和活血化瘀中药治疗组在 8~ 12周后与糖尿病组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 :(1)糖尿病促进了视网膜微血管的形态重建 ,两者之间呈显著正相关。 (2 )非酶糖化抑制剂和活血化瘀中药对糖尿病视网膜微血管的重建有一定的防治作用
Objective: To study the reconstruction of retinal microvascular in diabetic rats. Methods: Animal models of diabetic rats were established by streptozotocin (STZ). Retinal microvessel was reconstructed by retina digestion and image analysis. Non-enzymatic glycation inhibitors and traditional Chinese medicine Its rebuilding effect. Results: There was a significant change of capillary width at 8 weeks (P <0.05). There was significant difference between non-enzymatic glycosylation inhibitor and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after 8-12 weeks (P <0 .0 5). Conclusion: (1) Diabetes promotes the morphological reconstruction of retinal microvessels, and there is a significant positive correlation between the two. (2) Non-enzymatic glycation inhibitors and traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis have certain preventive and therapeutic effects on the reconstruction of diabetic retinal microvessels
