脊髓胶质瘤是一类罕见但致残致死率极高的疾病,由于其高复发率,目前尚未有效的治疗方法治疗该类疾病。近来,分子生物学及肿瘤靶向治疗的研究为脊髓胶质瘤的治疗带来一线曙光,而新的治疗方法应用于临床前必须经过大量动物实验证实其有效性和安全性。因此建立一种有效具有代表性的动物模型非常重要。根据不同的建模方法可分为肿瘤移植模型、病毒诱导模型及转基因模型等,其中肿瘤移植模型又可分为:同种移植模型和异种移植模型。这些不同的动物模型对研究脊髓胶质瘤治疗学提供了强有力的实验手段。
Spinal gliomas are a rare but highly lethal fatal disease that, due to their high recurrence rates, have not yet been effectively treated to treat this condition. Recently, the research on molecular biology and tumor targeted therapy has brought a ray of hope for the treatment of spinal glioma. However, the new therapeutic method has to be tested in a large number of animal experiments before clinical application to prove its effectiveness and safety. Therefore, it is very important to establish an effective and representative animal model. According to different modeling methods can be divided into tumor transplant model, virus-induced model and transgenic model, which tumor transplant model can be divided into: allograft model and xenograft model. These different animal models provide a powerful experimental tool for studying the treatment of spinal glioma.
