在体外试验中,地鼠卵子的受精作用可被抗地鼠卵巢血清所抑制。作者应用卵巢、睾丸、副睾和精子悬液进行同族免疫研究,结果证明雌性小鼠的受孕可因卵子破裂、透明带上出现微弱沉淀和卵子受精力下降而失败。给雌性小鼠以大量裸卵作同族免疫,仅可轻微地减少受精。在雌性大鼠中,虽然其受精不因注射睾丸匀浆而抑制,但可被注入卵巢匀浆液而得到明显的阻抑。作者以大鼠、地鼠和小鼠
In in vitro tests, gonad egg fertilization can be inhibited by anti-hamster ovary serum. The authors used the same immunizations with ovaries, testes, epididymis and sperm suspensions to show that conception in female mice failed due to ruptured eggs, faint deposits on the zona pellucida, and reduced fertility of the eggs. Female mice are immunized with large numbers of naked eggs with only minor reductions in fertilization. In female rats, although their fertilization is not inhibited by the injection of testicular homogenate, they can be injected into the homogenate of ovary for obvious suppression.
