目的:研究卷柏属几种药用植物黄酮苷类水溶性成分的液相色谱特征,为该属植物化学成分的评价及药材鉴别提供依据。方法:对湖北地理分布为主的8种卷柏属药用植物的水溶性部位进行RP-HPLC分析,比较色谱峰的异同。结果:8种植物都具有黄酮苷色谱峰,共有峰有2个,其中一个为芹菜素-6,8-二-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。不同物种显示出它们各自的指纹特征。结论:黄酮苷类成分是卷柏属植物普遍存在的化学成分类型,但不同物种中黄酮苷的种类差别很大。
Objective: To study the liquid chromatographic characteristics of the water-soluble components of flavonoid glycosides in several medicinal plants of Selaginella and to provide basis for the evaluation of the chemical components of this genus and identification of medicinal materials. METHODS: RP-HPLC analysis was performed on the water-soluble parts of 8 species of medicinal plants of Selaginella, which are geographically distributed in Hubei, and the similarities and differences of chromatographic peaks were compared. Results: All the eight plants had flavonoid glycoside peaks, and there were two common peaks, one of which was apigenin-6,8-di-C-β-D-glucopyranoside. Different species show their respective fingerprint characteristics. Conclusion: The flavonoid glycosides are the common chemical constituents of Selaginella species, but the flavonoid glycosides in different species vary widely.
