目的:研究雅安藏茶对脂质代谢紊乱大鼠的减肥降血脂作用。方法:建立SD大鼠脂质代谢紊乱模型,给药6周后,通过对大鼠的体重、Lee’s指数、腹腔脂肪湿重、脂体比、肝体比,血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等血脂水平进行检测,并取脂肪组织和肝脏进行HE染色分析,观察雅安藏茶对其作用的影响。结果:与模型组比较,雅安藏茶(1.5 g/kg、3.0 g/kg)剂量组以及血脂康组(0.125 g/kg)对脂质代谢紊乱大鼠体重、Lee’s指数、腹腔脂肪湿重、脂体比、肝体比及血脂水平,均表现为显著性下降;脂肪和肝脏组织HE观察显示,藏茶各剂量组(0.75 g/kg、1.5 g/kg和3.0 g/kg)大鼠脂肪和肝脏细胞表现为不同程度的脂肪细胞缩小和肝脏脂肪变性减轻改变。结论:雅安藏茶对脂质代谢紊乱大鼠具有减肥降血脂作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Ya’an Tibetan tea on lipid-lowering and lipid-lowering effect in rats with dyslipidemia. Methods: The lipid metabolism disorder model of SD rats was established. Six weeks after the administration, the rats’ body weight, Lee’s index, wet weight of abdominal fat, ratio of body fat, ratio of liver to body, serum triglyceride (TG) Cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured. HE staining of adipose tissue and liver was performed to observe the effect of Ya’an Tibetan tea on its function . Results: Compared with the model group, the body weight, Lee’s index, weight of peritoneal wet weight, weight of abdominal cavity in rat of lipid metabolism disorder were significantly lower than those of Ya’an Tibetan tea (3.0 g / kg) and Xuezhikang (0.125 g / Body fat ratio, body fat ratio, body fat ratio and blood lipid level all showed a significant decrease; HE and fat and liver tissue HE staining showed that each group of Tibetan tea (0.75 g / kg, 1.5 g / kg and 3.0 g / kg) And liver cells showed varying degrees of shrinkage of adipocytes and alteration of hepatic steatosis. Conclusion: Ya’an Tibetan tea has lipid-lowering effects on lipid metabolism in rats.
