针对港口起重机目前缺乏有效技术手段安全监管的现象,提出基于物联网的港口起重机安全监管系统理念。从港口起重机安全监管系统的功能定位出发,构建基于物联网的港口起重机安全监管网络拓扑结构,并采用红外线检测、位移检测等设计港口起重机在线监测传感技术系统,实现异常振动、超速等故障采集。实践结果表明,系统能很好地实现港口起重机传感器信息的传输和安全监管,有助于预防港口起重机事故的发生并提高港口起重机安全管理水平。
In view of the current lack of effective technical means of port crane safety supervision, the port crane safety supervision system based on the Internet of Things concept. Based on the functional positioning of the port crane safety supervision system, this paper constructs the port crane safety supervision network topology based on the Internet of Things (IoT), designs the on-line crane monitoring system based on infrared detection and displacement detection, and realizes the fault detection such as abnormal vibration and speeding . The practice results show that the system can well realize the transmission and safety supervision of harbor crane sensor information, and help to prevent the occurrence of harbor cranes and improve the safety management of harbor cranes.
