民用飞机机体结构强度分析过程中需要调用类别繁多、版本不一、文件庞大的分析数据,如何有效管控这些分析数据并高效调用它们,是设计单位在实现强度分析自动化过程中的技术难题之一。在某大型民机的强度自动化分析平台研发过程中,研发人员建立了基于网络数据库的强度自动化分析数据流方案,通过在服务器端分类集中存储分析数据、更改分析数据导入服务器端时的格式、为客户端提供不同的数据调用方式等技术措施,解决了数据类别及版本管控、大文件数据导入和数据调用等方面遇到的难题。
