针对寒区低温特点,对沥青混合料进行室内单轴压缩试验,分析温度、油石比、沥青种类和级配对混合料抗压强度的影响。结果表明,混合料抗压强度随温度的升高而降低;对比不同最大公称粒径的沥青混合料的抗压强度可知,SBR改性AC-16混合料的抗压强度高于AC-13;存在对应于抗压强度达到最大值时的最佳油石比,约在6.0%~7.0%之间;SBR改性沥青混合料的低温抗压性能明显优于130#道路石油沥青混合料。混合料抗压强度值的对数与温度及油石比的关系符合二元一次函数关系。用SPSS相关分析方法分析各影响因素对混合料抗压特性的影响程度可知,温度和沥青种类对抗压强度影响较大。
According to the characteristics of low temperature in cold region, the uniaxial compression test of asphalt mixture was carried out. The influences of temperature, ratio of oil to rock, asphalt type and gradation on the compressive strength of the mixture were analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength of the mixture decreases with the increase of temperature. Comparing the compressive strength of asphalt mixture with different maximum nominal particle size, the compressive strength of SBR modified AC-16 mixture is higher than that of AC-13. The optimal ratio of asbestos to the maximum compressive strength is between 6.0% and 7.0%. The low-temperature compressive strength of SBR modified asphalt mixture is obviously better than that of 130 # asphalt pavement asphalt mixture. The relationship between the logarithm of compressive strength of mixture and temperature and the ratio of whetstone is in accordance with the linear function of bivariate function. Using SPSS analysis method to analyze the impact of various influencing factors on the compressive properties of the mixture, the temperature and asphalt species have a greater impact on the compressive strength.
