文章介绍了侧滑仪的结构,快速性测试原理及方法,并对侧滑仪在摆动过程中的受力和运动状态进行了分析。通过侧滑仪在圆周平面内的摆动,模拟侧滑仪在工作过程中的侧滑。通过专用试验器测试了在侧滑仪不同的摆动速度情况下,小球的最大摆角,进而用阻尼液体的粘性摩擦系数定量表征侧滑仪的快速性。
The article introduces the structure and quickness test principle and method of the sliding device, and analyzes the force and movement state of the sliding device in the process of swinging. Through the slide in the circumferential plane of the swing, simulate the side slip in the work process of sliding. Through the special tester, the maximum swing angle of the ball is tested under the different swinging speed of the sliding device, and the viscosity of the damping liquid is used to quantitatively characterize the quickness of the sliding device.
