在建立储油罐液固耦合振动方程基础上,采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对制动状态下铁路车载容器的动态响应问题进行了实例分析和计算.建立了车载油罐的液固耦合系统有限元模型,并且对列车制动条件下的满载和空载储油罐进行了瞬态仿真分析,绘出了制动时油罐不同时刻的变形图和均方应力最大点的幅值图,将满载和空载的车载储油罐分析结果进行了比较.分析结果可以为储油罐的结构动力学设计提供参考,为提高车载储油罐的可靠性提供数值依据.
Based on the establishment of the liquid-solid coupling vibration equation of oil storage tank, a large general finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze and calculate the dynamic response of the railway vehicle container under braking condition. The liquid-solid coupling system Finite element model of the train and the transient simulation analysis of the full load and no-load oil tank under the condition of the train braking is made. The deformation map and the maximum point of the mean square stress of the tank at the time of braking are plotted, The analysis results of on-board storage tank with full load and no-load are compared.The results of the analysis can provide reference for the structural dynamics design of storage tank and provide a numerical basis for improving the reliability of the storage tank.
